Sehatty is a healthcare marketplace app for patients, doctors, clinics, labs and scan centers in Egypt. You can delete your Sehatty account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or by sending us a request on this page.
Delete your account in the app
Deleting takes effect immediately and can’t be undone. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Doctors added by a clinic
A doctor profile created by a clinic belongs to that clinic. Ask the clinic admin to remove it, or send a request with the form below.

What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your name, phone number and email, and your sign-in.
- Your health wallet: uploaded files, symptoms and photos, readings, conditions, reminders, notes, family members and sharing settings.
- Your favorites, follows and post reactions, and your push notification devices and notifications.
- For providers: your profile is unlisted and your posts, offers, documents and working hours are deleted. Clinic accounts also remove their doctors, staff roles and invitations.
- Upcoming visits are cancelled and the other side is told.
Kept
- Past bookings, payments and subscriptions stay as records without your personal details, for the other party and for accounting.
- Some data is kept for the period the law requires, as described in our privacy policy.
- Provider plan payments are not refunded.

Enter the phone number of the account. Our team will check that the account is yours, may contact you on that number, and then delete it.
